Different Cadillac models have fenders made of steel, aluminum, or plastic, which can get damaged in various ways.Look for things like dents, scratches, or bends. Steel fenders might rust where they are damaged, while aluminum ones could crack. Plastic fenders might have cracks or breaks. Small scratches might just need a little fixing, but big dents or bends could mean you need a new fender. Also, see if the damage affects nearby parts like headlights or bumpers. Depending on the fender material, repairs can vary. Steel fenders can be fixed and painted, while plastic ones might need to be glued back together or replaced.A good look at the damage helps decide whether to repair or replace the fender, keeping it looking and working as it should.Gather Necessary ToolsWhen fixing or replacing a Cadillac's fender, it's important to have the right tools.
